Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with specialized experience in travel coordination to support the Company Director .
- The ideal candidate will have a background in the travel agency industry, expertise in booking domestic and international flights, and experience in managing complex travel arrangements for senior executives .
- This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently .
Key Responsibility Areas
- Manage Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for the Company Director, ensuring seamless and cost-effective plans .

Coordinate Tours: Organize both business and leisure tours, handling all logistics and itineraries .

Handle Last-Minute Changes: Adapt to unexpected travel changes, such as flight cancellations or urgent schedule adjustments .

Prepare Travel Documents: Book tickets, prepare itineraries, boarding passes, and other essential travel paperwork .

Manage Loyalty Programs: Oversee frequent flyer programs and ensure the Director receives benefits or upgrades .

Provide Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, meeting schedules, and report preparation .

Serve as Liaison: Communicate between the Director and external stakeholders (airlines, hotels, vendors) to ensure smooth travel planning and adjustments .

Maintain Travel Records: Keep detailed records of all travel arrangements and related expenses .
Qualifications
