Job Description
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all office areas, including workstations, washrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required. Handle photocopying, filing, and document delivery between departments. Ensure timely pickup and dispatch of couriers, letters, and parcels. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and organizing office supplies. Support administrative and HR teams in day-to-day office operations. Maintain pantry stock, refill water, and ensure cleanliness of utensils and appliances. Handle indoor and limited outdoor tasks such as bank deposits or vendor coordination when instructed. Follow office discipline, dress code, and behavioral guidelines at all times.
