IT Manager/Executive

Job Description

Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and hardware. Manage system backups, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection measures. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure smooth functioning of internal communication systems, servers, and applications. Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers for system upgrades and maintenance. Implement and maintain company-wide IT policies and security compliance. Support digital initiatives, including website maintenance, server management, and software deployment. Maintain IT inventory, licensing records, and documentation of all system activities. Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements for efficiency. Technical & Professional Skills: Expertise in Windows/Linux servers, network configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, routers, and cloud systems. Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and data management. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and IT ticketing tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
