  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment process for key roles within the MD’s office, including areas like PR & Digital Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Content Creation .
  • This role involves quickly immersing in the brand licensing and luxury goods sectors, sourcing candidates through targeted strategies, and collaborating with senior leaders to define hiring needs .
  • The Specialist will also screen candidates, build talent pipelines, and represent the company at industry events while providing data-driven reports on recruitment progress .
