Job Description

  • The Events Executive will be a key player in planning, organizing, and executing high-profile events for Fashion TV, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution .
  • This role requires someone with a strong background in marketing or advertising, along with substantial experience in event planning and coordination .
  • The ideal candidate will bring creativity and attention to detail, managing multiple events simultaneously while ensuring each event meets the highest standards .
  • You will be responsible for overseeing logistics, vendor management, and collaborating with other departments to ensure every aspect of an event is handled smoothly .
  • Whether organizing fashion shows, press events, or brand activations, you’ll work to enhance Fashion TV’s brand image and reputation by delivering memorable experiences that resonate with audiences and partners .
  • Your role will involve continuous problem-solving, multitasking, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure that events are not only successful but also aligned with Fashion TV’s marketing and branding goals .

Key Responsibility Areas

  • The Events Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of Fashion TV’s events, from the initial concept through to the final delivery .
  • This includes managing vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely service and quality, and collaborating with internal teams to align events with Fashion TV's brand vision .
  • The role involves overseeing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring all logistical aspects—such as venue selection, transportation, catering, and accommodations—are handled efficiently .
  • As the point of contact for clients, sponsors, and partners, you will ensure all expectations are met .
  • Additionally, you will work with the marketing team to promote events across digital and traditional media, manage on-site operations, and evaluate event success through feedback and KPIs .
