Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding .

Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance management systems .

Support payroll processing, leave management, and statutory documentation .

Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance reviews .
-
Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain compliance with company standards .

Provide assistance in grievance handling and employee relations .

Ensure smooth coordination between HR and other departments for daily operations .

Contribute to HR reporting, MIS preparation, and process documentation .

Technical & Professional Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management) .

Familiarity with HRMS software or HR tools preferred .

Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills .

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work .
