Job Description

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding .
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance management systems .
  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and statutory documentation .
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance reviews .
  • Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain compliance with company standards .
  • Provide assistance in grievance handling and employee relations .
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR and other departments for daily operations .
  • Contribute to HR reporting, MIS preparation, and process documentation .
  • Technical & Professional Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management) .
  • Familiarity with HRMS software or HR tools preferred .
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills .
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work .
