Job Description

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and onboarding .
  • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of HR databases, employee records, and attendance management systems .
  • Handle complex payroll queries, advanced leave management scenarios, and ensure all statutory documentation is correctly filed .
  • Lead the coordination and execution of employee engagement activities, training programs, and the annual performance review cycle .
  • Develop and refine HR letters and policies, ensuring consistent compliance with company standards and labor laws .
  • Take a primary role in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and fostering positive employee relations .
  • Act as a key liaison between the HR function and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations .
  • Analyze HR data to generate insightful reports, prepare detailed MIS, and suggest improvements for process documentation .
  • Technical & Professional Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis .
  • Hands-on experience with managing and optimizing HRMS software .
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills .
  • A highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities .
