Job Description

  • Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization .
  • Oversee all HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and records management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy .
  • Develop and lead the company?s comprehensive employee engagement strategy, performance management framework, and succession planning .
  • Formulate, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with business goals and legal requirements .
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all human capital matters, including organizational structure and change management .
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement .
  • Manage departmental budget and resources effectively .
  • Drive the digital transformation of HR processes by selecting and implementing new HR technologies and tools .
  • Technical & Professional Skills: Proven experience in a strategic HR role with strong business acumen .
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and statutory compliance .
  • Expertise in managing and implementing HRMS and other HR technologies .
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills .
