Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall sales and sponsorship strategy for all FTV events .
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets .
  • Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with major sponsors, key clients, and agency heads .
  • Drive the development of innovative and high-value brand integration concepts .
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and final reporting .
  • Analyze market trends to identify and penetrate new market segments and business categories .
  • Set departmental budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics .
  • Ensure seamless coordination with production teams for the flawless delivery of all sponsor commitments, maximizing client satisfaction and ROI .
