Job Description

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive Online Reputation Management strategy for the brand .
  • Lead the response protocol for all online feedback, handling escalated issues and defining the brand's tone of voice .
  • Act as the primary liaison with PR, Legal, and Senior Management for crisis management and strategic messaging .
  • Analyze ORM data to deliver high-level reports with strategic, actionable insights to leadership .
  • Design and implement proactive campaigns to build a positive brand image and mitigate potential risks .
  • Manage ORM tools, budgets, and mentor a team of specialists .
