Conceptual Design & Development: Lead the creation of unique and impactful interior design concepts for flagship hospitality projects .
Successfully develop and present mood boards, sketches, and design narratives that win client approval and guide the project's direction .
Ensure all design output is consistently aligned with FTV's luxury brand positioning .
Demonstrate thought leadership by successfully integrating the latest hospitality design trends, materials, and innovations into projects .
Effectively manage project deliverables and guide the design team to ensure timely and high-quality execution .
