Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base .
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear targets, providing ongoing training, and monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met .
  • Oversee and manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness .
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key, high-value clients and strategic partners .
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting, detailed reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership .
