FSP Franchise Training Manager

Develop and lead the overall training strategy for all franchise partners across Hospitality, F&B, Wellness, and Retail verticals .
Oversee the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of all SOPs and training programs to drive operational excellence .
Lead the performance evaluation framework for the entire franchise network, analyzing KPIs to suggest strategic improvements .
