Job Description

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end BPO operations, including process setup and performance management .
  • Supervise team leaders and agents to achieve daily productivity and quality targets .
  • Establish SOPs and reporting systems for smooth execution .
  • Coordinate with senior management for business insights and operational improvement .

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Conduct outbound outreach to identify and onboard new channel partners .
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure engagement .
  • Coordinate meetings, data submissions, and documentation .
  • Support TL and Manager in lead tracking and reporting .

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Masters in related field
