  • Handling of administration and record-keeping .
  • Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan .
  • Executing recruitment plans efficiently .
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions .
  • Interviewing candidates .
  • Networking with various institutions and social media .
  • Negotiation skills .
  • On-boarding process .
